I have been humbled several times during the process of exploring diversity and inclusion since McCann Partners launched the #4TechDiversity blog series in January. Even the title of the series, which uses only diversity, is a reminder of how much I have learned from the thought and business leaders who shared their ideas here over the last six months. Diversity and inclusion are equally important objectives for organizations working to create a workforce that is rich in distinct voices, experience, ideas, approaches and knowledge.
