What you’ll do:
Oversee and participate in ETL and Report development activities including coordinating cross functional team meetings to gather requirements, analyze data, transform business requirements into technical requirements,
manage development and testing activities. The ideal candidate would have at least 8 years of experience in overseeing design and deployment of BI solutions and Executive dashboards, and/or developing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) jobs and BI dashboards.

What you’ll bring:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in ETL and/or BI Development, managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for the complete life cycle of BI projects including the planning, testing, and implementation to meet the project requirements.
• Manage a team of offshore ETL and BI developers from start to finish across all department related objectives.
• Experience working in Large-scale Datasets, Data Warehouses, and/or Data Lakes.
• Works with business users and technical resources to develop project plans, manage communication with cross functional teams, and execute projects.
• Strong expertise in SQL (MySQL, SQL Server etc.) for data querying, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization, ad-hoc reporting.
• Extensive experience in data analysis, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with PowerBI or similar BI tool building dashboards and reports.
Required primary duties:
• Facilitate and participate in project team meetings with the ETL and PowerBI Developers, database administrators, and other technical teams to track ETL and report development.
• Analyze cross functional data and data from different sources using SQL and translate to technical requirements for ETL and PowerBI report development.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their needs and execute the vision.
